Few mod (I think?) Issues

Hi there

So I've recently installed Skyrim SE as it's been pretty much forever since I've played it. I haven't modded much previously, so I went all out over the past couple of days overhauling pretty much every aspect of the game.

Now almost everything seems to be running absolutely perfect EXCEPT for two things, which I'm guessing might be mod issues.

1)
So every piece of gear I wear looks great except for the Nocturnal Robe (Even Nocturnal Robe transparent is fine). There seems to be hair stuck on the butt of it (as shown in picture linked below) and I have absolutely no idea how to get rid of it. All other gear is perfect but I want to wear the robe :sad: I tried messing with the body sliders/hair/butt with no luck

My spell cast animations are weird. They are fine if I'm standing completely still, but whenever I move the animation looks like it's kind of resetting, so the hands are constantly glitching back to the beginning of the animation (the spell itself works fine still). I tried the FNIS skeleton arm fix with no luck. (Now this is only a 3rd person issue, looks fine all the time in 1st person)

Any help would be appreciated. Honestly, the robe bothers me FAR more than the spell animation so even getting that sorted would be great :D

As I said though they all seem to be working perfectly in game, so not sure if it IS one which one it would be

So I managed to get the spell animations working. Turns out, I wasn't running FNIS from INSIDE Mod Organiser!!! I feel stupid now xD

 

Now, it's just a matter of getting this damn robe sorted D:
