LE New type of workbench. Where craft menu open like voice equip spells

Hello! I need new workbench like in campfire mod. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/64798

I read forums, where ppl talk to do

1. Create a new interior cell
2. Add the workbench you need into that cell
3. Create a script that activates that specific workbench
4. Attach the script to the magic effect

I can`t create scripts.

And i see, that here should be some trigger which add this spell in my inventory.

Please, can anybody create this mod and this script. With 1 example of constructible object. Than i will add this workbench keyword in my downloaded mods to split them between workbenches.
