BandanaWearingDuck
Hello all, after adjusting my load order and starting a new game, I came across this bug that I for the life of me can't seem to fix. I've tried disabling all my mods and starting up the game only for the problem to still persist. Thinking it was a mesh or texture problem, i deleted any hair related meshes and textures which didn't solve the problem so I re downloaded said files . I even checked the specific hairstyle in the GECK and the problem doesn't show up there. I also tried disabling AO and AF as well as transparency multisampling to no avail. So basically I'm wondering how I should go about fixing this problem and if there's anywhere in specific I should be looking for, any help is appreciated.(also it's kind of hard to tell from the photo but my problem is my characters head is showing through her hair above her left eye)
dubiousintent
I'm guessing you are using a "custom body or head" mod(s). Take a look at the "Issue - Body Replacer - Big Head or Hair bug" entry under the "Solutions to Graphics problems" section of the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" article. In future requests for help, please provide ALL the information requested in the wiki "How to ask for help" article. Don't forget to identify things that do not appear in the "load order", such as the version of Windows, if you are using a "Steam" or "GOG" and/or "regional language version" of the game (even if you are playing it in English); using the FNV4GB Patch, NVSE and it's related plugins; replacements for textures (specifically their larger image sizes: 1024x1024, etc.), animations, or "bodies", etc.; and "post-processors" like ENB or SweetFX. It saves us playing "20 questions" and gets you a more specific answer more quickly. (The usual turn-around on post and reply in an older game forum is 24 hours.) Screenshots don't usually work so well because they tend to cut off or fail to display needed information and are hard to "piece together" into a complete and coherent picture. -Dubious-
