Fury Spell not triggering the right effect

So, as the title states, my Fury Spell (yes, the Novice one, this is not a typo for Frenzy) does not trigger the right effect.

 

Instead of the fun version, an Enemy fighting his Friends, the Enemy runs up to me, and just stands there, when sneaking and outside.

 

Inside Bleak Falls Barrow, where that savegame is currently at, i tried it both sneaking and standing up, with both Versions just leaving me on the bad end of a Mace.

 

I have Illusion Mastery 2/2 and Dual Cast, i can take Enemies up to level 10, they're level 1.

 

I know the spell hit, the Particle effect is on the Enemy.

 

Posting in regular Tech Supp because i don't know if this is mod-related.

Edit: I tried it with both Ordinator and Apocalypse Spells turned off, and it behaved the same, so i don't think it's because of that.
