Witcher 3 - disabling grain effect

Hi guys,

 

i would like to ask, if there is any no noise mod or any settings, that i can turn off this little grain effect in Witcher 3.

 

Grain effect is common in Silent Hill games, which puts little tiny dots all over the screen. Its also known as Film Filter, Film Graiin or Noise Effect.

 

Help is much appreciated.
