Most costume mods don't change anything

Hey everyone,

I'm pretty new to this, but was able to figure out about how to install the fluffy manager, download mods, copy them to the Mods folder in RAR format, etc. I've probably downloaded 50 costume mods for Claire and only about 5 actually work. I'm not sure if I'm just doing something wrong or what. I know certain mods are only if you have certain DLC costumes already installed. Like for example, I installed the Elza Walker costume and tried using mods specifically for that costume. But 95% of the mods I've downloaded and installed don't change anything in the game. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having the the same problem, I think. If the mod says it replaces Noir, Military, or Elza it works. But I think anything that's supposed to change Claire's normal look it does nothing.

I'm using fluffy and have tried refreshing, re-read, and all that
