Hi, Sorry for my bad English,

recently i like to start to play fallout 4 again,

because i don't like newest fallout 4 with "Creation Club", require disconnected internet, and other inconvenience,

then i install the 'pirated one',"Fallout 4-*site*" Uploaded at 11-09 2015, v*version*,

with this "version", you do not need disconnect from the internet to play,

but when i try to install a mod (with and without vortex), the mods are not activated in-game

i try LOOT, Wrye Bash, and FO4Edit program, all of them show the mod is enabled,

but when i play the game, the mod is not working,

the mod i test is :

i using this mod for the test because this mod can be tested in the early game,

the special point is still 21 like the vanilla game, and it should 63 if i using the mod,

can somebody give me a guide on how to activate a mod?

another question is how to show the "data files" in fallout 4 launcher?

this is early game, if i not forget, this version has "data files" feature in the launcher,
