Reason:
Conversion of a mod by another author to Skyrim SE and knowingly uploading it without the original author’s permission for conversion, use and redistribution.

The user downloaded the original mod (last updated updated 26 September 2019, 5:12 AM) on 29 November 2019, 1:14 AM and redistributed it 29 November 2019, 1:43 AM. The user ignored the original author’s note on the original mod description (excerpt):
"Note
I will NOT be releasing any more permissions for Junk's Guns. …"

The user has not provided the original author’s sub licence that allows the user to give such permissions concerning the original author’s assets in the file.
