well... first off... its spelled dual, not dule...

 

secondly i dont feel its in the "fallout spirit" to dualwield... (cant remember doing it in FO1 or 2)

 

thirdly, im not sure it could be done even with the CS... it would require substantial animating and 3d manufacturing to work i think...
