I have a sound glitch, I got it while playing the Dragonborn DLC and I think it was caused by Apocrypha (audio file included)

It sounds similiar to the sound when you come into contact with the water in Apocyrpha.

So far I've tried to:

• Restart game
• Save and reload
• console command "sexchange" (worked but comes back after restarting the game)
• Used beast form (worked but comes back after restarting the game)
• Let someone kill me
• Killed myself
• Jumped into the apocrypha water again
• Verified file integrity on Steam

Nothing helped and I cant find a solution online.
