Fallout3.ini and FalloutPrefs.ini

Okay, a lot of mod readmes need me to change bInvalidateOldfiles in Fallout3.ini and/or FalloutPrefs.ini

 

However, I don't have either of these files.

My Fallout_Default.ini seems to have this line, but I tried it with a cursor mod and it didn't work.

Of course that was only with one so I can't really conclude anything, but should I treat Fallout_Default.ini as Fallout3.ini and FalloutPrefs.ini or am I missing something?

 

Anyone else have this problem?

EDIT: Nevermind, sorry about that. I kept looking around some more and came to realize it's located in My Documents/Games/Fallout 3.
