SKsniper128 Posted October 30, 2012 Share Posted October 30, 2012 I've decided to fiddle around with one of the custom mods lying around my Skyrim Data folder and opened Steam to load up CK. Unfortunately, CK seems to be playing hard to get. The program starts just fine, but once the seperate subwindows open, the entire program greys out and I get the standard error message. I have attempted to validate the local files, I've removed and reinstalled the CK, I've tried to fiddle around with the permissions and gave the CK admin permission to launch. I cannot figure out why the CK refuses to work. The last time I used CK was before Dawnguard was released, this is the first time after release that I have attempted to use it (before you ask, yes I edited the CreationKit.ini with Dawnguard.bsa).
