Diamond Red Exclamation Point on Slave Collars on Females

Every time I go to the legion camp there are red exclamation points on all the slave collars for female npcs.

I know this because when I take off the collars of the Weathers Family the exclamation point disappears.

I can't seem to find which mod causes this so I am hoping someone will help me.

NOTE that with "ArchiveInvalidation" you have to toggle it "off-and-on-again" every time you add or remove plugins from your "load order".
