But there's this one mod that hasn't been updated for a few months, and I really want to have it. So I looked up how you going back a few versions of Skyrim, and found how to do it. My question is if I have to reinstall all of the other mods, some of which have been updated recently, for them to work with the old version of Skyrim? Thanks in advance! TheVampireDante Posted December 3, 2019 Share Posted December 3, 2019 They made changes to the ESL format plus some other items, so yes going back to older versions of the game is going to cause issues. The older mod should work anyway, if it's dependent on the script extender, or other mods then you should check that you have the latest version of those also.
