LE Basic/Easy Console Commands

I've looked in the Skyrim mods for this but haven't seen anything like it. What I'm looking for is a mod that allows access to some console commands through a hot key interface. Basically the same functionality as this mod for FONV ( http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/36911 ). If this already exists, let me know but I've searched and haven't found anything like it for Skyrim.

Thanks for the suggestions. I have seen those before, but neither is quite what I'm looking for. The Fullscreen fix only has 4 console commands, and they are not very useful to me (Give 100 gold, Kill target, Resurrect target, and Toggle God Mode). The other is a UI to create the bat files. Actually pretty cool, but still requires going into the console to execute the created batch file. What I'm looking for from the FONV version specifically is the '/' hot key to toggle menu and toggle flying cam. I have used the bat scripts before for this, but I am looking for something that doesn't require opening the console.
