KnekY - Formal warning issued

KnekY has received a formal warning. This user has now received 1 formal warnings. The warning was given for the following reason:

 

Conversion of three mods by another author to Skyrim SE and redistributing them without providing the original author’s permission for conversion to Skyrim SE, modification, use and redistribution of the original author’s assets in the converted mods/files.

The uploader ignored the original author’s „Permissions and credits“ for each of the said original mods (excerpt):
„i don't want any part of this mod being modified and/or used in other mods and games without my consent.“

You must get permission from me before you are allowed to use any of the assets in this file“

Modification permission
You are allowed to modify my files and release bug fixes or improve on the features so long as you credit me as the original creator

Conversion permission
You can convert this file to work with other games as long as you credit me as the creator of the file

Asset use permission
You are allowed to use the assets in this file without permission as long as you credit me“

The uploader has not provided the original author’s sub licences that allow the uploader to give these permissions concerning the original author’s assets in the files.

The uploader was given opportunity via pm 01 December 2019 to provide the said permissions and sub licences latest by 03 December 2019, but has not replied at all.

Usage and Accreditation
