Starting a new game with no mods, using command console to obtain the note, using the console to place the note near me, everything.... nothing is working and I can't proceed in the storyline. I have tried using a save, didn't work. I tried everything, the note is missing and it won't let me get past this....I have even attempted to use the setstage MQ105 cpdes, they are not working.... I would really like to get beyond this quest and continue playing.... I have even attempted to clone the note, creating a mod that has only the note sitting on the ground instead of the hand, and its not working.
