Exclamation Marks on top of (mostly) candles or fire source

I decided to come back to Skyrim after few months and fix it's dull quality with some graphics mod and enb.

But afterwards doing so everything seemed fine until i saw bunch exclamation marks on top of candles(most of them) or fire sources.

 

I tried looking up for fixes but none of them helped.

I tried verifying integrity of my files. Didn't work.

I deleted my Skyrim meshes and textures bsa files. Didn't work.

I deleted some mods related to graphics , meshes and textures. Didn't work.

 

Since all these Exclamation marks are on top of candles and fire sources i assume it was missing particles or something but i'm using MO and it doesn't say anything about missing masters.

I really don't what to do know. I either just live with it now or someone in this community can help me.

You are missing a mesh. I think you have to reinstall your mods which alter your light.
