Basic run-in to creating and using custom clothing, bodies and chars

Hello,

i came into all this yesterday - Oblivion mods - have never really looked into it before.

When i found this: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=17165 it really catched my interest. It obviously looks most hot. However, i really do not know how i could recreate such a scenery, as in - clothing, character/body, movement and even the surroundings - myself.

Therefore i wanted to ask for help. Maybe somebody can give me advise - get me into this stuff, give me a little support. I'd definately need it.

Thanks a whole lot!

Ten

Ps.: I messaged the author of that video up there, but until now i got no reply. I was unable to find out which mods, so if anyone knows, please let me know! Thanks

That....

.. is so hot.

Once you find out.. gimme a holler lol. Funny thing is that I was listening to aphex twin(his song's in the background - windowlicker) the whole day yesterday.

As far as her body goes - there are several good ones - exnem's eyecandy, HG eyecandy, fantasy bodies, growlf's hot bodies (jeeze I hope I'm remembering those names right, I'm using HGEC, don't care much 'bout the others) and... probably a few others.

You'll find zounds of skimpy suits armors for each, just write the body mod name in the search bar.

Yeah, you just launch the oblivion launcher, click on data and select the mods which you want to run.

Most mods have a readme containing instructions on how to install/run them propperly. But usualy it's just about extracting the archive into oblivion\data and selecting the mod in your OB launcher.

I just checked your link. It doesn't have a mod attached. It just gives a link to a Japanese site movie clip. To make that one you will have to figure out which mods were used to make the character.

At a guess, a body mod, a race mod, a texture add on to the body, a beauty mod, possibly a separate hair mod, A clothing mod, and a sexy walk mod. And possibly a few more. It might not even be an Oblivion mod at all, but an animation made to look like an Oblivion mod.

And, because it was from a Japanese site, it's possible some of the exact mods are not supported here at all. If you speak Japanese, or know someone that does, you might try contacting whoever put that up and asking them how they did it.

If this is your first mod, I recommend finding something a lot simpler and building up to something like this slow. Get one mod at a time to work or you will be bashing your head against the wall. :wallbash:
