facole265
After making extensive settlement redesign changes (rebuilding), I experienced a significant drop in the frame rate. I found that this was probably due to breaking the precombined visibility. So, after watching recommended Youtube tutorial videos, I generated precombined visibility for the loaded cells. Objects to be replaced were set to "initially disabled" and "hide from local map" using the batch action. I successfully did two settlements but the third settlement was more complex (Bunker Hill). In my save game file I completely repaired the stone building structure, removed all shack pieces and put a Covenant wall around the settlement. Somehow I mistakenly selected too many objects and the "initially disabled" made them all disappear. Now, I know I can get the refID and enable each object individually, but I'm hoping someone can point me to an easier solution. I'd like to select the objects in the render window and just do a batch operation to re-enable them but that doesn't appear to be an option. Also, is there a way to filter the object view window to only see hidden or disabled objects? Thanks

VIitS
If you are using the current version of xEdit (FO4Edit), you can: 1) Select all the REFRs you need to remove the flag from2) Right click on one of the selected records > Compare Selected3) Right Click on the Initially Disabled flag -> Remove from Selected Records

I haven't used xEdit that much and didn't know you could do that.
