SkyUI says SKSEVR isn't running

Hello everybody, I am new here on these forums as well as new to modding, so this might be a helluva ride, sorry bout that. FIRST and FOREMOST I am using the Oculus Link with the recommended cable but with a Vega 56. It works flawlessly in all games except Fallout 4 vr but that game is probably not good because lack of optimization, as Skyrim runs quite well. Anyways, getting straight to the point, I will try to be as helpful as I can here in order to help myself, so just let me know what info you guys need because it might be an incredibly simple fix. My main problem is that I have my mods working when I load in but SkyUI tells me that SKSEVR is not running when I am pretty sure it is considering I can see my body from VRIK and I can see MageVR working and even see the MCM or whatever menu in order to configure the mods but the configurable settings never load in.

So anyways, to start, I downloaded Vortex mod manager like any good boy and I got straight to watching Gopher's videos which helped a lot. I wanted to download VRIK body mod for immersion as well as the mageVR hands gesture spell mod, but those are the only ones for now. So I downloaded SKSEVR manually (NOT THROUGH VORTEX) and set it up that way by dumping the data and 5 loose files into my skyrimVR folder. It seems to work fine as I used console commands in game and verify it is working. I then go to get SkyUI mod and i dump the zip into Vortex so I am using that through Vortex. Sorry if I did not do the screenshots correctly, again I am brand new, but see atttached:

 

 

 

And so you see here, I have MageVR turned off because at this point I just want SkyUI to work and Mage wasn't doing me any good. I made some sort of load orders and tested a bunch of them but nothing helped, any suggestions?

 

 

I looked at other posts that said to make sure the pathway thing was correct in vortex and it is. I also set SKSEVR as primary but again nothing helped. I have also launched SKSEVR straight from files so I know it's not vortex doing something weird there. I have also installed different versions of SkyUI to no avail so I just reinstalled the latest. Should I try a different version of SKSEVR? Or should I not have downloaded only SKSEVR manually while every other mod is through Vortex? Any help and criticism is appreciated as I don't know anything. If it helps, I have an x570 mobo, vega 56, ryzen 3600, and 16 gb of ram 3200 mhz. Just wattman and ryzen pro running in the back as I don't like to have a lot running. No overclocking, just auto undervolting my vega.
