Meester
An Oblivion mod that allowed you to see outside the windows [just the view] - Immersive Interiors Will it even be possible to see people walking around outside and be compatible with mods like open cites? JanusForbeare
Thing about Immersive Interiors was that it worked by duplicating the area outside the building and surrounding the cell with it, not by showing you the actual city. Riverside is a Skyrim house that uses this same mechanic. It's certainly possible that townspeople could be duplicated and sent walking through the scenery "outside" such a home. It would, however, significantly increase the workload for the mod author, especially if you wanted to keep dead NPCs from traipsing by your windows. Long story short, it's do-able, but it'd take a very dedicated effort to get right. Have you contacted SomeWelshGuy and asked if he's considering designing a similar project for Skyrim? slainia
Wouldn't it also be incredibly resource-heavy? I never played the original mod, so maybe this is a dumb question, but seems like it would be quite intense..?
