[LE] Confirm Compiler Settings Dialogue box Opens every time Notepad++ is Opened

Every time I open Notepad++, a Dialogue box opens saying "Confirm the Compiler Settings". Is there a way to disable this, or is it something that I'm just going to have to deal with? It's really annoying.
