Halo MCC - Mod Tools?

Just wanna make it fairly clear that I'm not a modder, but even with zero knowledge I'd very much like to learn how to mod for the release of Halo MCC on PC

 

Now that that's out of the way, the post is fairly self explanatory, are we aware of any modding tools that are in the works by the Devs, the community or otherwise? I'm aware we can currently switch around... the title screen?

 

I'm looking forward to mapping out custom campaigns, firefight maps, forge items, y'know- the works. I'm actually truly hoping that as time marches on we can get this game a sizable community to mod onto it, but I suppose the community is only as big as the game. Still, personal opinions on the topic aside, do we know of any news about the future of modding for MCC?
