I want to do the MM ending this time but I have never thought of this thing with the scanner tape before. Can I get into the institute with sturges help give him the tape after I get out of there then go to RR tell them I made it in, they ask me for a copy of it I get it from sturges. I then go to BoS tell them I made it in and they as me for a copy of it I get it from sturges again or tinker tom? I know there is a bug with ingram where she won't share because reasons so I'm guessing the bug was actually an indicator of what path to take with the tape pass around game? I want to get Li to join the BoS and get some initial info for the RR about patriot and find out who he is but I don't want to continue the RR related institute quests like the synth break out. At some point I will invade with the MM talk to shaun sound the alarm and get outta there then pick up with RR for their post institute quests like getting rid of some gangs or whatever. Also get those MM quest for institute survivors need a home settlement going. The BoS ending is still the best with that giant robot kicking ass all the way to CIT but I hate that BoS just slaughters everyone in there and you can't get those MM quest for survivors. I think you can't activate Liberty Prime, either, since that MIGHT lead right to the BoS ending. I think I just stopped doing their quests after the Danse issue.Get yourself kicked out. I did that after battle of bunker hill. You can just tell Shaun that you let the synths go free on purpose.Desdemona will now tell you to go to the MM for help. Defend the Castle should start and you end up nuking the Instutite with the Minutemen. BoS NPC should now complain that you didn't invite them to the party, but should be peaceful.
