[Mod Request] Simple Upscaled Clone Legion Decal Textures

Lacking any tools of my own to do this, is it possible to simply upscale the existing legion decals to solve the blurriness, particularly on the 501st chest, 104th shoulder pads, and the 91st Recon Corps symbol which is a pixelated mess that's noticeable even in-game?

 

The only mod that really does anything like this is Ortho's 4K Legions, which tends not to work for weeks to months after any given update, and I honestly like the vanilla look of the clones.
