Dual wielding - attack simultaneously?

Is there a mod that allows you to attack simultaneously when dual wielding? Yes, I know about the double attack thing when you press the two mouse buttons, and I know about the power attack too; it's just that they are useless if you are wielding weapons that have a similar attack speed as daggers.

 

By simultaneously attacking I mean: when you press the left mouse button, you attack with both of your hands, not just one of them.
