Neck seam texture mismatch

I have texture colour mismatches at the neck seam. I've searched high and low, but can't seem to find much on this.

 

All that I can find is that I should use photoshop or gimp. Is there an easier fix than this?

 

I'm using UNP with Dibella's NPC overhaul.
