LE The Mad Moon for Guild Wars 2

Hi there,

I played Guild Wars 2 during it's Halloween event, and I saw something that i realy liked : The mad moon.

In game, it's a shield, but it's also used in the Mad king labyrinth as a moon.

I think it'd be awesome if someone can port it as a moon in skyrim, it sould be a REAL halloween moon.
