My nexus mod manager Not working

Problem

So basically when i open my nexus mod manager i install mods it usually works but that's only the case if its not a plugin so basically if the mod is just a mod like high rez blood textures it works and does not appear in the plugins it does work but it does not work if its a plugin mod like realistic lighting it does not work, what i do is i check them start the game and they do not work but when i restart the nexus mod manager every time everything is unchecked when i swear i checked them the last time i don't know if that's necessarily the problem i want to be able to use all my mods i was looking forward to but i couldn't for some odd reason if some one could help me with this issue please comment. :armscrossed:
