Increase Laser Rifle Damage

Could someone make a mod that increases the damage of the Laser Rifle to be on par with the plasma weapons?

 

The Wazer Wifle could do the same damage as A3-21's Plasma Rifle.

 

At the moment there's really no use for them once you get your hands on plasma weapons. Even though they're more accurate and the projectiles are instant, they shoot a lot slower and do much less damage.
