Root cause varies from a broken .NET install to disk device errors and OS install errors.Whatever the issue is, you obviously need to fix it. Done. But i had a problem with .net 3.5 installation -- i couldn't run it all. I've restarted the pc after installation and the same problem with vortex. The pic / thumb nail you posted indicates what it says, there is a corrupted file on the system some where.So it's not Vortex due to placement of the program. Read the data in the image.
