uninstall vortext, reinstall it elsewhere.

It appears to be an elevated permission issue.

I reinstalled vortex many times, I said about it in the top of the topic

 

Path= ?

 

1. Custom Vortex path -- D:/Games/Vortex

2. Regular Vortex version -- ...i don't know where it's files...

 

The pic / thumb nail you posted indicates what it says, there is a corrupted file on the system some where.

So it's not Vortex due to placement of the program.

 

Read the data in the image.

Ok, go into the games / steam folder, where the game was installed at, in there, you should find a folder _distrabute, run any and all config files in there.

These files are shipped with the game.

 

I'm sure you refreshed the game files, there has been updates but the issue is clearly not the game, it is support software for Microsoft windows, I've given you all could assemble as for dependencies and still no go.

 

The game runs, but not through Vortex.

So, Either you have a permission problem and VORTEX is not being allowed to run the game?

OR just what that image you posted indicates, a corrupted files some where on the system.

 

windows 10 currently ships with .NET 4.8 as of today, it has within it a culmination of all the others less any bugs MS has removed.

 

OR Vortex version will not run on your support software. For me to find the issue requires hands on to determine that but I am currently at work, I can not do remote assist right now.

IF you wish, we can get together then through discord and run Team weaver so I can inspect your OS for you.

I do this alot, there's no risk to you, how ever, a question that might also be involved, are you running any antivirus programs other than MS own products?

go to all drives and run cmd chdsk /f on each drive.

"this is web site connection failures, the files are corrupted, so that's what I suspect ,you need to made aware that if too many corrupted files land on a hard drive, some times you can never resolve them nor remove them.

 

curious, what kind of bandwidth do you have? fomod errors are due to falts in the packets, they appear to be complete but are indeed corrupted.

chkdsk / f should find and remove the data, if it does find bad data? then simply inspect the downloads folder and see what files got removed.

 

Advice then would be to manually down load all mods and then direct Vortex to install from that point.

The more I stare at that image, the more I suspect it's corrupted downloads.

 

Cuz, the support I provided should be working. Software is simple if you understand it, can be a total nightmare if you don't.

 

It say's Csharp.....that's an extractor processes, that means the data it cannot extract IS corrupted or the software used for it is corrupted.

But it also say's it's an MS problem too.

Currently there is NO support for that item, it has yet to be updated and that's your problem.

 

remove all data for that application and then run the game through Vortex raw and see what takes place.

The only way you can run the script extender is through MO 2. Isolation OFthe game and set it to run offline in both steam and MO2.

Do not allow it to call home. Steam will not allow it to run. Or if your lucky? set the loader to run as a NON-steam game through steam.

But fallout 4 has no support for the program.
