[Mod request] restore previously abandoned or destroyed areas

I was wondering if there's a PC mod that restores areas such as Braithwaite mansion, Heartland oil fields, Monto's Rest, Appleseed Timber Company, Wapiti and Adler Ranch. I think it's a real shame that all of these places are essentially dead in the postgame seeing how most of them really added some unique locations to the open world...
