Instigating Deliverer

Hello, i'd like to request a simple mod that gives the Deliverer the Instigating (2x damage on full enemy health) prefix when given as the quest reward, instead of the vanilla V.A.T.S. Enhanced prefix.

 

This is because it's considered a stealth weapon and the Instigating prefix is best in this case, even more so for the people that avoid using V.A.T.S.
