Vault 13 follower's coat

I am making a character to run through the latest mods I've gotten and retrofitted. Give. Her backstory, I Would do well to have a special look for her. Here is what I want:

 

A cleaned armored Vault 13 suit under a follower's lab coat (she's from Vault 13, the small part that didn't go to Arroyo and she's now a doctor in the Followers with Alternate Start.

 

What I want is a cleaned up Armored 13 suit minus the shoulder spad. Over than a lab coat, clean with a followers patch on the shoulder like the normal Follower's coat and then on the back, the Commonwealth herald from Ulysses' Duster from Lonesome Road. But the mesh for the Suit has to be the Armored 13 because the Vault Lab coat has different boots, no accessories, and no gloves and a different belt.

 

Is anyone willing to do this for me?

Is what Immasking for conceptually difficult or simply uninteresting. Unfroetunafelg for me I am just trying to learn the ropes of cutting up and reassembling meshes, but changing the textures is fairly beyond me. If I were to create the mesh, would someone the. Be willing to go the clean texture I desire?

I'd like to encourage others to take this request/suggestion seriously, It sounds awesome! (I'd offer to help myself, but I am completely incapable of any meshing/texturing work). But yeah, Kudos for the idea!

Do you think that a more general Vault Dweller suit (apart from the numbers on colors and such, the numbered jumpsuits are all alike) with the Followers jacket on top would be a more palpable idea?
