parmaviolet Posted December 17, 2019 Share Posted December 17, 2019 (edited) Heyo, I run a heavily modified version of the game and the vast majority of my textures are high 2/4k quality, however there is one really hideous texture which does not seem to be replaced by any mod I install. It is the texture on the right of this screenshot, a overly bright low and low resolution snowy rock texture which I think is a vanilla texture. Its a pretty prevalent texture that appears in a lot of cells and in the landscape of skyrim on some mountains and rocks.etc. Any help identifying the name of this texture so I can replace it would be very nice! nightscrawl Posted December 19, 2019 Share Posted December 19, 2019 It's not a texture so much as rocks and other snowy surfaces are sort of painted white. If you want rocks and other things to use your own snow textures, use Better Dynamic Snow: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/9121 That said, if your concern is that the edges look pixelated, there's nothing to do about that.
