Weynon priory trapdoor and 1st person sneak animations

Hi,

 

Have a couple of problems and was wondering if someone out there knew anything about it. I was playing a game a couple of weeks ago and found a trapdoor inside the fireplace of Weynon Priory. It led down to an underground cavern that I explored a little. I just recently started a new character and went to weynon priory as part of the first quest and the trapdoor isn't there. I've gone over my mod list and I don't recall any mods that I uninstalled. Just wondering if anyone knows what mod adds a trapdoor inside weynon priory fireplace.

 

Also, the game I just started is with the Predator race. I have a problem that the 1st person animation for sneak mode isn't working. In 3rd person, you can see the character sneaking but in first person mode, the character don't crouch. The sneak eye comes up and everything works the same as sneaking but the animation doesn't show the character crouching down. If I remember right, the sneak animation was working earlier tonight when I started the Predator character.

 

Anyone have any ideas what could be causing either one of these problems.

Hi again,

Answered one of my own questions and decided to put the answer here for anyone else using the predator race. With the shoulder canon equipped and drawn and ready to attack, the sneak animation doesn't appear to work in 1st person mode. The sneak eye will show up but you don't see your height dropping down.

Edit: Just went over my mod list again and realized the only mod I uninstalled was open better cities. Reinstalled it puts a trapdoor in weynon priory fireplace.
