LE Custom Follower Request With Reward

My request is that I would like a follower based on the character "Olivia Benson" from the TV show "Law & Order - SVU" with dialogue for talking/recruiting AND idle/random comments as listed below. I would also be willing to gift 1 of the following games over Steam; Dishonored, Dawnguard DLC, Fallout New Vegas - Ultimate Edition, Fallout 3 GOTY, TESIV (Oblivion) GOTY Deluxe, or Borderlands 2 to any person or people (If more than 1 person than each person will choose their own reward) who can complete this mod request within the following parameters;

 

1. Must have as much (non quest related) dialogue as possible (Preferably about as much as one of the vanilla companions that is NOT an animal or creature) and at least dialogue for talking/recruiting AND idle/random comments such as other vanilla followers make when entering a large cavern or a certain town or when around certain factions, etc.

 

2. The face must look as close to Olivia Benson (from the 2004 season) as possible.

 

3. The creator of the mod must actually acquire studio quality dialogue audio. The source of the audio does not matter as long as the voice in the recording is from Mariska Hargitay, is of studio quality (i.e. the SAME sample rate as in vanilla Skyrim {48KHz}) and matches the average vocal pitch of the rest of the dialogue.

 

And any other small details that I may relay over PM if you're really serious about creating the mod.
