Skyrim VR Modding Set up properly but no longer launches game

So earlier today I discovered that Vortex now officially supported Skyrim VR. Seeing as attempting to replace Skyrim Special Edition with Skyrim VR never worked for me with Nexus Mod Manager, I decided to give this one a go. I first installed UNP, and discovered it worked. Excited, I decided to instead switch to CBBE and then continue installing the mods as I pleased. Six mods in and installing Skyrim VR SKSE and installing it, I attempted to start Skyrim VR to find the Green steam option acting as if it's starting (Loading game, greyed out, etc) and then returning to the green play option with no indication I ever hit it to begin with. Starting it as an Administrator does nothing, and I've uninstalled, reinstalled the game, and disabled all mods I originally installed and still nothing seems to work. Does anyone have any idea what might be happening?

 

(Fixed, Deleted Skyrim files and Verified Game integrity via Steam, fresh slate.)
