Anti Material Rifle Concept, but as an Energy weapon

Ever think that the anti material rifle mods we have are pretty great, but wonder why the Energy weapon Family doesnât have that much in the same way? No laser rifles that if they hit the enemy head on they just immediately disintegrate them? Or does a good chunk of damage to bigger or tougher enemies? Would that be over powered? Yes, but how does everyone counteract an insta kill weapon?One shot at a time, Slow reload times, Make a new ammo type for it and make it rare and expensive to get.(and I canât be the only one to think that fusion cells/cores for all laser weapons is actually a challenge to get and maintain. But what if there was another one? Something specific to this weapon and maybe other mods down the line? Maybe something similar to the ECPs we had in earlier fallout games? Hell that would give reason for someone to make the old laser pistol and not get stuck with the base games ugly excuse of one. But back to the main point. A real true to god scared to even go toe to toe with death ray.(name can be something better obviously)As for the design. Maybe something makeshift or even secret government prototype. Iâd honestly say use the mandalorians rifle as a good concept but not directly copy it. Just something that looks like you wouldnât expect it to pack such a punch but maybe donât point it at anyone you care about by accident. Maybe keep it somewhat similar to the current line of energy weapons style. You know, for lore sakes. It wouldnât make much sense for a government project or a watts laser weapon design not to stay close to their brand of style. But yeah just an idea. Hopefully it gets considered
