Are these ideas possible?

Food gives a small instant HP boost and HP regeneration. Maybe a well fed condition that last awhile like well rested?

Example: +10HP, +2HP/sec for 1 in-game hour

Gun Nut perk or new blueprints to allows gun modifications? Perhaps as new weapons with new models?

Rank 1: (Hunting Rifle x2 + Scrap Metal) Modified Hunting Rifle [slight increase in accuracy/damage, +3 ammo]

Rank 2: (Hunting Rifle + Assault Rifle + Scrap Metal) 5.56 Hunting Rifle [Moderate increase in accuracy/damage]

Rank 3: (5.56 Hunting Rifle x2 + Scrap Metal) Upgraded 5.56 Hunting Rifle [Good accuracy/damage, +3 ammo]

Or better... (Hunting Rifle + Sniper Rifle) Scoped Hunting Rifle w/ new model!

Lastly, a stealth field attribute, without the invisible animation, for every armor - say 1%-15%? Maybe as a form of camo system?

Just some random thoughts, what do you all think?

The guns and gear idea is a really good idea and that's one of the big small things that should have already been in the game.

i really think this game's missing a lot of small important things like these. Improvable weapons and gear would definetly help much with the lack of variety in gear. Especially apparel wise.

There should have been from start, more gear available or at least greater variety of enchantments in the original game. Like combat armor with different attributes (i.e. one gives ap+end or small guns+explosives and other gives ap+stealth or whatever) like different conjugations of attributes. And if that could be personalized, even better.

But at the moment making a change like that would mess too much with the game's balance, wich is is already sh*t easy, (by lvl 10 u can pretty much go anywhere and kill anything already), that should have been work of bethesda to be honest.

Anyway if some one would be brave enough to adventure into something like this they would probaly have to mess about with pretty much everything else in the game to balance it out. and the result would be more of a big patch then a simple mod otherwise you wouldn't even notice the difference.
