Power armor / Ledoux's hockey mask mod

I currently use the "armor rebalance" mod, because I thought more DR like the better power armor mod is too powerful. However, my favorite "helmet" is ledoux's hockeymask, simply for the +25AP. Better powerarmor mod has +AP on the helmets, but again, it's too powerful.

 

So what I want is either

a) separate helmet / armor for those mods(pick and choose).

b) reskinned ledoux's hockeymask.
