Failed to load master-/userlist

I've added couple of user rules for Skyrim SE and this message showed. How to get rid of this/fix it? What happened? What have I done? I've removed the rules, but it didn't helped. Vortex version 1.1.5.

The other thing, which kind of cohere with this. Would be great if the rules list was separated for games because mixed list of my rules for Fallout4 and SSE starting to be little bit long and confusing.
