Gallows Rock CTD in Silver Hands quest

Hello all,

 

Wandering if anyone else had the issue described in title.

I am not sure if it's a load order thing, because I can literally do everything else, like transform into werewolf, go to other places, enter or exit various cells etc.

The one thing that crashes my game 10/10 times is when I enter Gallows Rock in the Silver hands quest. A few seconds after entry it just freezes.

I can go in and out quickly and all is ok. But if I try to proceed then ...freeze.

 

The only mod that has a reference to it (according to SSEdit) is ELFX Enhancer, which i tried disabling with no different result.

 

If I use the console command to complete the stage(and quest), it works and I proceed...as long as I don't enter Gallows Rock.

 

Any ideas or help would be appreciated.
