UnrealChrisG
So randomly I load up the game as usual and I notice the mountains clouds are missing. If I get close to it (tfc) they pop back into view. Is there a quick fix to this? Here is a picture of what I'm talking about. http://i.imgur.com/XdcXX.jpg I have STEP installed with all the bells and whistles, but have not had any issues until recently. On a side note... Do these textures look HD to you? http://i.imgur.com/XGNc7.jpgThey look pretty bad IMO, I thought after installing all of STEP's texture packs something as common as those posts would have a decent texture. Thanks.
modder3434
What version of skyrim are you running? If its patch 1.8 then..... -it could have interfered with your new texture pack - as for the clouds it could be patch 1.8 related, similar to water not rendering in places. You could also try to improve the distance in which skyrim renders and loads LOD, in your settings.

I notice most textures seem to be HD, but those posts seem to be the only thing that isn't HD. Also the fact that its using 2300mb vram out of 4000mb vram makes me think it is loading HD textures. I tried reapplying the textures because I thought I might of did something wrong, but the posts textures still looked really bad. As for the clouds, I tried removing the ENB, changing the skyrim.ini/skyrimprefs.ini to stock, but the clouds still are not coming back. Thanks for your time. Thanks for your time. its possible that the texture pack doesn't have a HD texture for the posts (unless it did before) did you remove the enb as in uncheck in NMM or complety uninstall it? Simply unchecking a box can still cause the effects of said mod to still affect the game.
