malevolent3 Posted November 6, 2012 Share Posted November 6, 2012 My idea is solid, problem is, I don't know where to find the "base shield protection" percentage to modify it. Because honestly, Shields are useless unless they are high level, so use of a shield is rendered useless to begin with (on Master difficulty). Basically, it would be nice for shields to negate a higher damage rating, perhaps negating their actual defence rating rather than some random percentage, something like that however just changing base percentage is fine due to scripting implied by changing the way blocking works. TheGreenLion Posted November 6, 2012 Share Posted November 6, 2012 They also (with perk points) negate arrow damage completely when they hit the shield and lower incoming magic damage by half.
