Well as long as you have the expansions (DLCs) installed you can use this mod here: http://social.bioware.com/project/2707/#details This mod will allow you to get almost any DA item and the items of each expansion you have installed. It allows you to get them with incredible ease. As shown in my mod here http://dragonage.nexusmods.com/mods/3151 my character wields Vigilance at level one inside Castle Cousland.
