[Mod Request] NPCs will ignore your actions

I remember a gta v menu having this feature.

It prevents NPCs to freak out unless inflicted damage to.

Basically what im looking for is so NPCs wouldnt flee if you kill somebody next to them.

If anyone can make this happen i would be really grateful.
