Can only use magic with one hand

Hey guys, hope you can help me out, i was downloading mods, and for some reason i can only use magic on the left hand. The character can look like he is going to do magic with right hand but nothing happens. i could equip magic to both hands. I uninstalled most of the mods i recently installed, but to no avail.

edit: figured it out was a bug or something from advanced kill moves if anyone is wondering.
